    To clarify, the names should probably be the best native
    representation that can be represented by any active codepage;
    (e.g. one should be able to tell something is a Japanese
    dictionary even when installing on Win95 using an English locale)
    which is also why some are in English. I will look into
    the possibility of allowing dictionary names to be localized,
    but I don't think it will be possible and still have editing of
    the list of dictionary files to remain as simple.
