Majordomo has this feature, and until just recently, I had it
enabled. It filters messages on content for keywords like
"unsubscribe", "subscribe", etc. It automatically processes
these like messages straight to the list-request address.

However, it pulled out its share of real messages--enough that
I got tired of forwarding to the list every message that had
the string "substitution" in it because it looked like
"subscribe" to majordomo. If Bob is willing to forward any bounces
that aren't control messages, I'll turn it back on.
