Medical Dictionary? Not as far as i know.
I think there is a latin dictionary, which might be somewhat helpful.
If you can find a Medical Dictionary for Unix/Linux we might be able to
get it to work or convert it to work with Abiword. If you have an
extensive word list you might be able to get some one to help you make an
Ispell dictionary.
Abiword, abispell, dictionaries ...

I see a file called something link ... la-IT...RPM
which is the ISO standard code for latin - Italy
(RPM stand for the RedHat (Linux) Package Management system).
If you are a windows user you will have to ask the developers really
nicely and they will try and provide a version for windows as soon as
possible.
I was feeling generous and used google to STFW on your behalf
this is a good place to start looking, but no medical dictionary to be found

Kevin Atkinsons website, he sometimes reads the list hopefully he will
spot this post and give his expertise.
And after the time ive just spent trying to find out i say again:
Medical Dictionary? Not as far as i know.
Still it would be great if you could get a dictionary together. It would
benefit a lot more than just Abiword users.
