commit -- library directory

i just checked in stuff to make use of a 'library directory'.
this is where all the files associated with AbiWord (such as
dictionaries, fonts (unix only), help text, sample documents,
string translations, etc) will reside.

this goes along with the recent makefile and installation
script changes as we prepare to have binary distributions
available.

things may be / have been a little shaky as we make this
transition -- from "just run the exe directly from the
dir where main.cpp was" to "install it and run it from
a system directory". i apologize in advance/hindsight.... :-)

==================================================================
Converted Win32 version to use getAbiSuiteLibDir() and changed
all library-directory-relative preferences values to use this.

Ported these changes to Unix -- but haven't compiled them -- i
will in a minute.

Fixed building of tools/cdump to put objs and generated cpp files
in the right places.
