Code to enable input before a table which is first in a section.

It works like this. Place caret in the first cell. Hit left arrow. The
caret appears to the left and outside the table. Press a key. The table is
moved down a line and the text is inserted just above the table.

Next I will implement inserting a paragraph break just before the table.
