NSIS download locations now rely on abisource.com instead of gimp.org
and sf.net (the dictionary mirrors were left unchanged, however). This
will resolve the intermittent errors people, including myself, were
getting with sf.net servers (i.e. Bug 8165 and its dupes). Also, 2.2.6
and future versions, will be built with NSIS 2.06.
This should be backported to STABLE.
