Missing ws232.dll File
The WS2_32.DLL is used by the new automatic dictionary (hash file) downloader.
This DLL is required only if you are using a version of AbiWord with the automatic dictionary downloader.
Currently this is optional and officially released builds (at least on Windows) should not have it enabled.
