Reading in files

Back in days of old, all word processors let you read a
file into a document.

For example Wordstar did this. Most Unix editors let your
do this too - For example :r <filename> in vi.

This allowed you to read a file, either formatted as a
word processing file, or an ACSII file into any point in a
document.

This is seperate from "open" a file which allows you to
open one file and work on it.

It would be nice if abiword had this read file feature.
