Plugins

Dear Abiworders

When I attempt to compile plugins for 2.4.1 I get a series of errors
relating to prerequisites. The error that relates to the grammar plugin
is as follows:
        Link Grammar: error - link-grammar >= 4.1.1 required

"That's all right", I thought, "I can handle that". No I can't. I have
not been able to install link-grammar in such a way that
abiword-plugins/.configure can see it. How should link-grammar be
installed?
