Either they support Rich Text Format (RTF) or they don't.
Their list of supported file formats claims they do support RTF
http://www.dataviz.com/products/documentstogo/premium/dxtg_formats.html

To then go and say they only support RTF produced by Microsoft without any
further explaination is extremely bad, if not dishonest advertising by
Dataviz.

That support article only says they do not support OpenOffice documents.
It doesn't say anything about not being able to support Rich Text Format
(RTF) Documents produced by OpenOffice.

My thoughts exactly. For commercial software their standard of support is
appallingly bad. Dataviz sucks.

Thanks for trying Stefan
