Document language: Kurdish

Hi!

I filed a bugfix a while ago requesting support for "Kurdish" as a
document language. The last word on the "bug" was this:

     for the record, all that we need to do for this
     bug is add "KU" to our language list.

ten weeks ago. Now AbiWord 2 is out and the "bug" is still not fixed. I
would really appreciate some help on this, we would like to translate
the interface into Kurdish afterwards.
