You've clearly never read the RTF spec, then. It's
pretty big. Unless you're willing to buy us the
hardware and software to test it with Docs To Go, and
without more information from Docs To Go, we'll likely
never be able to solve your problem.

It's really their fault. You paid for their product,
not ours. Please bug them for support. You're clearly
not getting your money's worth from them.
