This is a known bug, and we're working on trying to fix it. For
printing and layout, we use a much higher-resolution layout system than
for screen display, and so consequently there's sometimes the small
rounding difference between screen and printer that can cause the words
to wrap differently. It _should_ match perfectly, but there are not
enough Windows volunteer developers that can both reproduce the problems
(as they can be intermittent and only occur on some systems).
