    I should think through my questions, and research first...

    I would like to find a tool for building my hash on a Win98
    machine. Thought that the buildhash would be available for
    Cygwin, but it has replaced ispell with aspell.
    Also thought that buildhash might have some flags to alter the
    kind of hash it produced -> if so, I cannot find the docs.

    I know what the .aff file is, it explains the characters after
    the words in my dictionary.
