What character set does polish.hash-encoding specify? If it's ISO8859-1,
then you may just need to correct it for ISO8859-2. I suppose, you could
also upload the corrected spell-checking package in bugzilla as a
bugfix if it works as expected, but the more knowledgeable will correct
me if I simplify something.
