Futher to the problem below, I found that the function being defined in
the offending line is not referenced anywhere in the source, so I just
deleted the line from winuser.h. But, if there's a better "official"
solution, I'd still like to know about it.
The build now runs to completion, and Abiword.exe runs and successfully
loads a file !!!!! I'll test it some more before I really celebrate,
but it looks good!!!!!
