How to setup abiword spell checker in SuSE 9?

    Hi!

    I downloaded AbiWord v2.0.3 for SuSE Linux 9 from the recommended site in
    abisource.com
    (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/abiword/abiword-2.0.3-100.SuSE.90.ulb.2.i586.rpm?download)
    and its dependencies files (Enchant and HSpell).

    However, when I open abiword the menu entry "Check Spelling" appears dimmed,
    so it is unusable.

    I already have installed in my system ispell and aspell, as well as their
    spanish dictionaries. I even installed abispell-es-ES-1.0-1.i386.rpm and
    moved its files to a directory named /usr/share/AbiSuite-2.0/dictionary/,
    with no results, of course.

    So, I guess something has changed since abiword 1.01... Could somebody tell me
    how to setup spell checking?
