Converting .abw files to .pdf

Hi y'all,

My question is simply this: how do I convert an Abiword file (within
Abiword) (.abw) to a .pdf file?

This is my system: Libranet GNU/Linux (100% Debian compatible) version
2.8 (updated using apt-get). Abiword is version 2.0.1. For a windows
manager I use either Gnome version 2.4 or IceWM (unknown version).
