spurious div and div styles in HTML

I'm exporting files to HTML from abiword and I've noticed that it
always exports two div tags, one full, one empty. See an example here:
http://www.badstep.net/poetry/Trumpington/harvest.html. All my
exported files contain this spurious DIV, so am I right in saying this
is a bug? Or is there something within my file which is tripping this
off?

The DIV artifact is useful to me. I could use an XSLT style sheet to
add style info to that div tag but I'd rather set the DIV CSS style
from within AbiWord. Is there a way of doing this?
