Edit, Select All (Ctrl+A)
Tools, Language (aka Set Language
then choose English (UK)
This dialog only changes the language of the currently selected text but
now that I think of it if there is no text selected maybe it should change
the base Language setting for the whole document?
If this doesn't work there are other things you can do like changing the
language setting in Normal.awt
Generally I find language handling rather annoying, so I hope I've been
able to save you any futher annoyance.
