I almost agree. I'd rather just see it part of the standard install and
the user can uncheck it if they don't want to install it. I believe
right now it is turned off by default. No need to force it on them tho.

imo, we should just force this, always. The 1.2 user who does not want
to have this glib installed, is definately smart enough to remove it
afterwards.
