Cannot Clear Tabs in Abiword 2.0

Versions this happens on:
Abiword 2.0 running in FreeBSD 4.8 (in bothe Kde and Gnome 2.4)
Abiword 1.99.6 In Windows 2000

 To reproduce:
1) Open a new Document and set a tab stop.
2) Go to Format->Tabs and highlight the Tab.
3) Click "clear" and then "Ok"
4) the Tab is not removed.

 Anyone else having this problem ?
