I think my problem can be caused by the fact that there seems to be no
utf-8 support to Swedish in Slackware - only to en_US.UTF-8. I have now
reverted to Abiword 1.0.4. If I was going to use 2.0.0 for Swedish I had
to export the text as a .txt file before copy and paste. I found it too
laborious.
