How to attach file to bug report?

    I have filed a bug report, 6010, and need to attach 2
    files to it. I have gone to the bug report and
    clicked on Create new attachment, Browse to the file,
    put in a description of the file and submitted it. I
    did this several times and the upload stopped each
    time in the middle with text appearing in a window and
    starting with the words Software error. Am I doing
    this correctly? Are there restrictions or limitations
    on the files or procedure to do this?
