I don't get the same behaviour using 1.99.3 on Windows 98SE in Australia,
but if you file this problem at http://bugzilla.abisource.com/ with detailed
step-by-step instructions, then someone else may be able to reproduce the
problem and we can advise on how to fix it (or fix the code if necessary).
