This is the 3rd time I try to post this message, but it seems never made it to the mailing list archive, so I re-send it.
Hi,
I would like to use Abiword for word processing in Linux (I have K12OS = RedHat 7.3), and I installed the proper core TT fonts. I did all the necessary preparetions (created the afm and u2g files, and created the links from /usr/share/Abisuite/fonts to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TrueType where I keep the TTFs).
Now Abiword can see the English TrueType Fonts fine but when I change keyboard language (Alt-Shift to choose Greek), I see Russian instead of Greek !!
How can I see and print Greek from within Abiword? Is there some configuration parameter in Abiword which allows us to choose the proper language font?
Keep in mind that I see and print Greek in almost all other Linux Applications (even xterm, vim, etc)
help
thanks a lot
