I tried and can not reproduce this bug. It works fine for me. What version
of abiword are you running? If you have not upgraded from the version that
came with redhat 7.1, I'm not surprised if you have problems.
We have made many,many fixes since then.
Try upgrading to abiword 1.0.3 and see if this problem is fixed.
