    Hi,
I have to say that in my case Abiword has been very stable. I think starting
from version 1.0.x Abiword has been a really good/mature product. Kudos to
the developers. And new features are important, otherwise the software does
    not develope.

What version of abiword are you running? on what OS? are the crashes
reproducable? Information like this is necessary for bug tracking. Just
saying "Abiword crash on me" does not help fixing the cause. Please do bug
reporting if your crashes are reproducable to help Abiword development.
