spell-checking ans Debian GNU/Linux

    All righty, I installed Abiword on my Debian PC.
    It works great, but I also want to use the spellchecker. I downloaded
    the .tgz files for the languages that I want from
    http://prdownloads.sf.net/abiword/ and unzipped the nederlands.hash and
    the_other_file_I_don't_recall_the_name_from into
    /usr/share/AbiSuite/Dictionary/

    And, it didn't work. Abiword still says it can't find the language file
    for the language I want.

    How do I get this to work?
