I'd love to see a screenshot of this. On the extras toolbar in Abi,
there is a button to insert a symbol.

Using lock styles, you can forbid a user from editing a document using
the "Bold", "Italic", etc... buttons and font dialogs. Instead, you must
only change formatting through the styles dialog.
Why?
Well, "Underline" has no meaning to it by itself. However, you might
create a style called "Book Title" which only has the property
"underline:true" set. Now book titles get set to the "Book Title" style,
appear underlined, and suddenly have inherent meaning.
