    Hello

I am a user not a developer but here is my ideá...

Make a custom-made Abiword.Profile that installs it self over the existing
one. I had this problem with some computers where the localication where
Finnish and I wanted to use AbiWord in Swedish without changing the
    localisation.

For Windows users it would simply mean this...
You could have the decired language set in the custom Abiword.Profile and
then distribute the file as an standalone self installing package. For ex.
if you like to use Swedish then a package named sv_profile.exe would be
downloadable from abisource.com and other abi distribution sites.
