    Perhaps I can give more data. I've been having a similar problem, which
    the error message calls a segmentation fault. It takes place with X
    windows 4.20 and IceWM 1.09-1 lite. The problem is occurring under
    Peanut Linux, and only occurred after I installed IceWM. It then
    occurred each time I used AbiWord afterward, even if I didn't use IceWm.

    I suspect they each tried to install a file with the same name into the
    same directory. A reinstall of AbiWord didn't clear up the problem.
