Thanks, Guido, but yes, I did. Like you, I also have had the problem
solved for me - Ximian have a newer set of X rpms on the Red Carpet
download site, and an upgrade of X seemed to solve the problem. I can
now print from all applications again.
Must have been some missing font info in one particular version of X, I
guess.
