I *think* Klyx is out-dated and no longer in active development. Lyx itself
is a very good LaTex based software, and it's quite mature. I use it for
writing my thesis with a lot of formula and picture.
Although Lyx can export to LaTex nicely, its import kinda sucks. I tried to
export to LaTex from Abiword, and import it in Lyx. Most of the time, it
gives error. If I am lucky, I get partial of it. Not sure which one is the
problem, whether Abiword export or the Lyx import.
Could anyone say what's the status of the AbiWord export to LaTex? is it
pretty solid? I suspect however the problem is in Lyx import.
Sorry if this become a bit off topics.
