Trying to explain my problem.
I wrote some documents using Word97 then I decided to convert them in .sxw
format (Openoffice format) but due to the heavy of OOffice I converted them
in rtf format so to be used with Abiword.
Well, I opened the first document (the others are similar) in abi and
something was wrong. No problem... I made all the necessary adjustment and
the final work was OK. The main modification I made was to adjust the page
size. I saved that page then opened another one, made modifications, saved
and so on....
When I re-opened the first modifies page I saw that the page size was lost.
This is frustrating since I've to modify every page every time I use it.
Please don't le me return to Osoffice!
Last minute update :-)))
I worked on a .rtf document and saved it as a .rtf document (my default).
Then I tried to save it as a .abw document and everything is ok.
Saved by the bell. :-)
P.S. On the other hand it's no correct that in the .rtf format page size is
not saved.
