Subject: What's that new tab option?

I've just downloaded the 0.9.5 version and I was just wondering what that new option is in the tab widget. It's the last in the sequence, it looks like this: |
It's not in the user guide.
BTW, developers, I think you should remove that mouseover thing that is displayed over the tab widget. Becuase it's in the way, there's hardly possible to see what the tab widget shows. And in Windows it just looks horrible, because it's so big and pixelated.
