Hello,

For my example I will use the abbreviatons:
        numbered heading 1 = NH1
        numbered heading 2 = NH2

I make a document like this:

<NH1> 1. Bla
<NH2> 1. Blo
<NH2> 2. Blu
<NH1> 2. Bli
<NH2> 3. Blw

And oh suprise, the title in NH2 in the second NH1, begins at 3 !!!
Is it normal ? Why not restart at 1 ??
