In /usr/local/AbiSuite/dictionary, symbolic link =:

american.hash -> /usr/lib/ispell/american.hash

Works fine for Slackware7.1
 
I would do a ' find / -name "*.hash" ' to verify that path before trying
it: mandrake may put it somewhere else.
