Hello,
I'm trying to run ABiword on an SGI running IRIX 6.5.9

I got hold of the IRIX Abiword binaries and the shared object libraries
I need.

I tried using the latest libpng and zlib libraries but they didn't work:

libpng error: Application must be recompiled; version 1.0.6 was
incompatible
libpng error: Application must be recompiled; version 1.0.6 was
incompatible
bin/AbiWord[58]: 64937 Memory fault

So I tried using the versions of libpng and zlib on the Abiword server
and they worked. However the program still didn't start:

Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
serial 119 error_code 8 request_code 130 minor_code 3
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
serial 120 error_code 8 request_code 130 minor_code 3

I'm using the latest versions of gtk+ (1.2.8) and glib (1.2.8). Can
anyone suggest what I need to do to get past this BadMatch error.
