So does mutt (sort of). You hit "r" if you want to send a reply to the the
From: address and "g" to send it to all the addresse (From:, To:). But once
you hit r or g it is cumbersome to change your mind. You have to enter the
address manually after the To: line, or save the msg you just wrote and
start all over again. And mutt will send out two miles (like right now)
instead of one.

Yes, exactly. If a person only wants responses in his own mailbox, he
will/should write that in the body. And it doesn't happen that often that I
want to ONLY respond to a person and to the list. IMO mailing lists w/o
Reply-To: are broken!
