Woah -- who said anything about an editor?

Gnome Workshop project aside, I'll be happy if I can run some
commandline tool to convert the output of Xfig or GYVE or Killustrator
or something to a format usable by AbiWord. I'll then want to be able
to put it in a document, view it onscreen as I edit the text around
it, and then print it out and have it look nice. That's about all I'm
shooting for, for now. Although it would be nice if AbiWord could
handle OLE under Windows and Bonobo objects from Gnome and replicants
under BeOS, that's a different thing.

So -- the format kinda is the main problem to be solved.
