At first I have to say that AbiWord is really a nice piece
of software and I like it very much and use it very often.
I got version 0.5.5 and installed with it the american.hash
from your website. My first question: how do you make that
.hash file, the one from my distribution (SuSE 6.0) differs?
Then I got a problem: I am writing many texts in german, the
spell-checker marks most words. It seems to me, that every
red underlined word is repainted, that is very annoying if
you write a long column. Is there a way to disable the
spell-checking or, better, to switch betwenn american and
german spell-checking?!?
