Vincent's GSOC Project: Dialog Improvements

Hi,

I have finished most jobs of my GSOC Project : Dialog Improvements.
I will continue testing my works and refactor the code&features. Here
I make a summary of my Works.

Main Jobs:
1. Features:
   1.1. Make Frame expandable, makeing Frame expandable when users
enter extra line of text.
   1.2. Add Setting Height & Width for Frame Setting
   1.3. Add Setting Height & Width for Table Setting
   1.4. Expose others attributions of Table and Frame
2. Implement them in 3 OS platforms : Windows, Linux, Mac
   2.1. Cross-platform implementation
   2.2. Windows implementation
   2.3. Linux implementation
   2.4. Mac implementation
