or one more solution would be to use Unicode-NSIS (which should fare
best with respect to the languages and won't need defining
MUI_LANGDLL_ALLLANGUAGES)

I've created a test installer with Unicode-NSIS and sent out to Chris
(cjl) and a few localizers for testing.
