Add Hyphenation Support to Abiword

Hi Devs,

Loading of a particular Hyphenation dictionary would be dependent, on
which Language is used.Can u please tell me, how does Abiword identify
the Language, and change its
Text Layout Correspondingly. If you can please tell me the functions
or files concerned
it would be of great help.
