Left/Center/Justify alignment added (Center/Justify/Right in RTL, need
feedback on that).

I'm fairly satisfied at the moment but please keep the feedback
coming, especially concering alignment- and list-buttons. Hopefully
we'll get some more info when 2.5 is out with the help of an
autopackage.
The "Format" toolbar is now at just under 700px so there's room for
tinkering if we're constraining ourselves to 800x600 min resolution.
Here's already dreaming of an MS Word like "Borders" button. Any
takers?
