As you have probably we already use NSIS, it is one of the few significant
changes I made to the codebase (although others did do all the integration
work with the build system and all the maintaince work).
The coded needed to generate PorableAbiword could probably be integrated
into the official build system quite easily, integrating UPX and 7z
compression would be only slightly more complicated as far as I can tell.
