I have no problem with your current use of the AbiWord
name or logo. Especially since it seems that you're
just taking our official binaries and compressing them
using UPX. "Kleenex" doesn't have issues when WalMart
sells their product in its aisles. There's no TM
infringement there and there's none here either. They
encourage such behavior, and we should too.

Please make sure that the terms and conditions of our
GPL copyright are being honored to those who download
Portable AbiWord, and everything looks good from where
I sit. (you may already be complying here; I just
haven't bothered to check).

Why would this be an issue? If you can make money by
redistributing AbiWord - so long as our license and TM
are honored - then that's great. Kudus to you and your
seemingly successful project.
