Not a big deal.
I am just looking for a way to convert .odt files to html.
I tried one php class ooffice2html, it was not supporting styles and many
other things.
I tried a perl script soffice2html, that does not even seem to work.
Of these 3 options abiword convert works the best
None, however keep all the font colors and font types and font sizes.
I still want to try a program PyOpenOffice.

XML means nothing. The AbiWord file format is also XML. Big deal.
As for XSLT, XSLT is an XML specified language to tranform some XML to
some other XML. We don't use that.
