commit (head): partial fix for 8974

xap_Draw_Symbol.cpp, gr_Win32USPGraphics.cpp

This gets rid of the crash, but the Dingbats font still does not work on
Win32 -- for some reason Uniscribe has not problems drawing it, but it
bails out trying to measure its width.
